First, we spent months refining, editing, and testing the pipette pen design—iterating through multiple versions until we achieved a final product that not only prints reliably and at high quality but also closely replicates the look and feel of a real pipette pen.

#2 - The 3D Printer
Second, each pipette pen is meticulously 3D printed using durable PLA filament and customized in a variety of colors. Every pen is crafted with high precision and top-tier quality, requiring approximately three hours to complete the printing process.

#3 - Putting It All Together
Third, we create and assemble the Dr. Pipette Pen. Each pen consists of several small components, which are carefully sanded and glued to ensure functionality, a clean and professional appearance, and a comfortable feel.
STEP #4
#4 - One Last Check & Shipping Them Out
Finally, we perform a last quality check to make sure the pens are comfortable to use and working perfectly. Once everything looks good, we package the orders, ship them out, and that’s all there is to it!
