What is the minimum quantity for a bulk order?

MOQ is 20 to qualify as a "Bulk Order" but we can accommodate smaller orders upon request.

We can accommodate bulk orders for both pens and keychains!

Can I choose the original or ultra-realistic pens?

Yes! Both our classic and ultra-realistic pens are available for bulk orders.

Pricing is identical for both pens starting from $15/pen for bulk orders.

Can you engrave logos onto pens?

Yes! For all bulk orders we include a FREE engraving which includes logos. Our team can rasterize and edit your logo to be 3D on CAD.

We also offer free color selection, ink color selection, specialty packaging, and other options upon request for all bulk orders!

Can I choose my colors for bulk orders?

Yes! For all bulk orders we include FREE color selection from our catalog colors & other custom Hex##### colors (upon request)!

Do you offer free CAD proofs?

Absolutely! We offer (and encourage) all bulk orders to receive a full proof before committing.

What is the lead time for bulk orders?

Our lead time for most bulk orders is between 25-30 days. Depending on the order volume and printer schedule, this time may be faster. We can accommodate expedited orders upon request.

What is the pricing for bulk orders?

Pricing for bulk orders starts at $15 per pen (which is a >25% discount off our retail price). MOQ of 20 is required for this price.

Do you offer discounts for 401(c)(3) organizations?

Yes! We do offer additional discounts for 401(c)(3) organizations upon request.

What are your payment terms?

We require pre-payment for all orders on Dr Pipette. We can provide you with quotes, pro forma invoices, and transaction receipts upon request.
