SHIPPING POLICY

All orders will be shipped in the order they are received. While we cannot guarantee shipping times, we do estimate all orders will ship within 5-8 days of purchase. Expedited shipping options may be available upon request.

Occasionally orders may be delayed due to high volume, weather, or other fulfillment delays. In these cases, we will work to ship as quickly as possible. In these rare cases, you may be entitled to resolutions outlined in our return & refund policy.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do currently ship internationally to over 50+ countries worldwide.

SHIPPING CHARGES

All shipping charges are listed at the time of purchase. For most orders under $500, our shipping charges are flat based on the size of the order.

For bulk orders over $500 our shipping cost may be different than the amount you see (which is the maximum). For these orders, we may assess a surcharge and recommend contacting us directly at contact.drpipette@gmail.com for a specific quote.
