Frequently Asked Questions (Standard Orders)
Can I personalize my pen as a gift?
Yes! We offer engraving and custom color options on all pens. We also offer different gift bundles, packaging options, and even greeting cards.
How long will my pen take to arrive?
Most pens are shipped within 3-5 days, and arrive within about 7-10 days.
We do offer express options upon request if you need your gift a little bit sooner!
What gift options do you offer?
We offer multiple gift options including upgraded packaging, greeting cards, gift bundles, and other options.
Additionally, if you're sending a very special gift—let us know! We'd love to make it personalized and special for your gift recipient.
How long of an engraving can I request?
We suggest that your text engraving doesn't exceed 15 characters for best results. We allow engravings up to ~25 characters.
What is your refund or return policy?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of personalized orders we cannot offer any refunds or returns.
We will offer free replacements if the product arrives defective or there are any issues in transit.
Do you accept bulk B2B orders?
Yes, we do! For more information on our bulk orders, please review our 'Bulk Order Information' section.
Frequently Asked Questions (Bulk Orders)
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Projects with custom colors and logo engravings have a MOQ of 15. Smaller projects with simple text engravings don't have any minimums.
What is the expected lead time?
Typical lead times are between 5-7 days for projects under 100 pens. For larger projects, lead times vary depending on production capacity (usually no more than 2-4 weeks).
Do you accept Purchase Orders ("POs")?
Yes! We do accept Purchase Orders (Net 30) from Universities, Non Profits, and US Government Agencies.
We do not accept POs from private companies.

How can I submit my company logo?
Submit all artwork here (Submit an Inquiry). High quality images are recommended. Preferred files are in vector format (.stl) but any format is acceptable.
Can I order a sample pen?
Yes, you can. If you'd like a physical sample please (Submit an Inquiry).
We will charge a flat fee of $25 USD for all samples (including logo engraving and shipping). Digital Proofs are always free.

How do I register "Dr Pipette" as a vendor?
Please contact us at contact@pipettepen.com and we'd be glad to complete any vendor registration paperwork. We can also provide a copy of our W9 upon request.
