Do you sell actual single-channel pipettes?
No, we don't sell actual pipettes—we sell pens! We only sell pipette-inspired ballpoint pens.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping & handling costs vary depending on the quantity of pens ordered. Most orders (0-25 pens) are between $5.99 - $9.99 for shipping & handling (before discounts).
Bulk orders or highly custom orders may incur additional shipping & handling fees. Shipping costs are subject to change.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not currently ship internationally. We only ship within the United States.
What are the pens packaged in?
By default, all pens are packaged in either a custom polymailer or a box (depending on the quantity ordered).
We do offer specialty packaging in the form of a luxurious gift box for an additional charge.
How do I change the ink in my pen?
To refill your pen, simply twist the base clockwise to access to the ballpoint pen insert.

How much do engravings cost?
Engravings cost $7.99 per design! This means if you get 1 pen with this design or 100 pens—it will just cost $7.99.
If you order multiple pens with different designs, it will be $7.99 per custom design.
This cost is a setup fee because each engraving requires a different 3D file and a custom design.
Where do you ship from?
All pens ship either from St. Louis, MO or Salisbury, MD depending on available inventory.
There is no difference in the price of shipping & handling you pay depending on where we choose to ship from.
