There's a few easy ways to place a bulk order directly with us. Here's how:

Option #1: Inquire with us (we'll send you a quote within 24 hours, a CAD proof if you'd like, if you approve it then we'll get started!)

Option #2: Order directly on our website (you can view our product pages and place an order for the quantity you need)


Option #3: Submit a PO (we accept POs on Net 30/45 Terms from academic institutions and research organizations. Just inquire for a quote, W9, and registration informatin)

How do I register "Dr Pipette" as a vendor?

Yes! Just submit an inquiry with us or email us at contact@pipettepen.com and we'll send you our Form W9.

What are your payment terms?

We require pre-payment for all orders on Dr Pipette. If you work for an educational institution, hospital, or large 401(c)(3) non-profit, we can offer Net 30/45 Terms.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, AmEx, Discover, and Mastercard) via our Shopify checkout portal. We also accept ACH Transfers and International WIre Transfers upon request.

Do you offer discounts for 401(c)(3) organizations?

Yes! We do offer additional discounts for 401(c)(3) organizations upon request.

What is the lead time for bulk orders?

Our lead time for most bulk orders is typically around 1-2 weeks. Depending on the order volume and printer schedule, this time may change.

We can accommodate expedited orders upon request and provide estimated lead time with a quote.

What is the pricing for bulk orders?

Pricing for bulk orders is from $12 per pen (which is a >50% discount off our retail price of ultra realistic pens). MOQ varies (see above breakdown).
