How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to ship every order promptly, with most orders leaving our warehouse within 3-5 days of purchase. Need it sooner? We also offer an express option with guaranteed delivery within 7 days.
Is it possible to refill my pen ink?
Absolutely! Every pen is designed for refills and works with standard 1mm ballpoint ink cartridges.
Do the pens actually click?
Yes, they do! Our standard retractable pens feature a fully functional retractable plunger, and they're compatible with real 1000µL pipette tips.
What does the engraving look like?
Every engraving is recessed directly into the pen body for a clean, professional finish. All orders can include a personalized text engraving, and bulk orders also have the option of a custom logo engraving.
